The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these terms is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a tgl158 member.

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member upon completing the tgl158 registration process.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the tgl158 Platform.
• "tgl158" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the Platform, an internationally licensed online gambling entity operating and offering its services to eligible users in Indonesia and other permitted jurisdictions.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Member's Account wallet, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or any non-cash incentive credited to a Member's Account under a tgl158 promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.

• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone reference for tgl158 operational matters unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of the tgl158 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tgl158 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with the age thresholds commonly recognised for gambling participation in the Indonesian context. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement constitutes fraud.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual users.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

tgl158 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of membership. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed to tgl158's satisfaction, the Account will be suspended pending further review, and access to Balance may be restricted until verification is completed.

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on the tgl158 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You acknowledge that this information may be cross-referenced against KYC documentation requested by tgl158.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity;

tgl158 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason, in its sole discretion.

All financial transactions on the tgl158 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). tgl158 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered on the Platform.

Approved Deposit Methods:

• Local bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata;
• E-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within the processing time published on the Platform's cashier page for each payment method. tgl158 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tgl158 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the tgl158 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50.000 applies. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are published on the cashier page and may vary by membership tier.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which are supplemented by the specific terms published on each individual promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable multiplier, eligible game categories, and minimum odds are stated on the promotion page.
• Time Limits: Each bonus carries an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, after which unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

All wagers placed on tgl158 are subject to the specific rules governing each product category. By placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable product rules. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• Finality of Wagers: Once a wager has been confirmed by the tgl158 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member unless the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature for the specific market.
• Odds & Pricing: Odds on the tgl158 sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that will apply to the wager. tgl158 reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing errors; wagers placed at clearly erroneous odds will be voided and the stake returned.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human intervention;

• Placing wagers with knowledge of a result (past-posting) or exploiting live-odds latency in bad faith;

• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from any criminal activity;

• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the performance of the Platform for other Members;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from tgl158.

tgl158 employs real-time fraud detection systems and reserves the right to review any Account suspected of prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, tgl158 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from Account suspension or balance forfeiture.

All content on the tgl158 Platform — including but not limited to the tgl158 brand name, logo, trademarks, domain name, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of tgl158 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

tgl158 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or sublicense any Platform content to third parties;
• Use any tgl158 trademarks or brand assets in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without prior written consent;
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose.

• Any loss of funds resulting from authorised or unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any specific product or market, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to your bank, e-wallet provider, or internet service provider;
• Any technical malfunction, server error, or data corruption that is outside tgl158's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors, provided tgl158 acts in good faith to correct such errors promptly upon discovery;
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of your own wagering decisions, regardless of how those decisions were informed.

Where tgl158's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of your Balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tgl158 holds its international operating licence. tgl158 is an internationally licensed platform and operates under a framework of internationally recognised gambling regulation standards.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first seek resolution through tgl158's internal dispute resolution process:

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in Indonesia or the jurisdiction in which you reside.
